1. Data controller

2. What this site collects
The site itself collects no personal data: there are no accounts, no database, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no content embedded from other services. Fonts are served from the same server, so your browser does not contact outside providers.
The site has no form that sends anything. The links in the Contact section open your mail program, a messenger or your phone, and the “copy” button copies the e-mail address to the clipboard in your own browser. Your data reaches me only when you write to me yourself.
The chat assistant is currently switched off. This policy will be updated before it is switched on.
3. Data from contact
When you e-mail me, call, or write on Telegram or WhatsApp, I process what you choose to share: a name or nickname, an e-mail address or phone number, and the message, only to reply and to continue a conversation about work or cooperation.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the controller’s legitimate interest in replying to contact you started.
Correspondence is kept until the conversation ends, and then for at most 12 months in the mail archive.
4. Server logs
Like any web server, the server running this site records technical data about requests: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details. It is used only for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), is not combined with other data and is kept only as long as that purpose requires.
5. Data recipients
Data can reach only the technical service providers I use:
- Hostinger: the server the site runs on,
- Zoho Mail: the kontakt@robisolutionsit.com mailbox you can write to.
If you write on Telegram or WhatsApp, those services process data under their own terms. Data is not sold or used for marketing.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- have it rectified,
- have it erased,
- restrict processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Cookies
The site sets one cookie: it remembers the language you chose. It needs no consent, which is why there is no banner. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
